Joint training for SI and KC supervisors

The first week in the New Year 2017 was spent training approximately 30 supervisors from both Siraga and Kosan Crisplant on Siraga premises in Buzançais, France. The training had three overall themes: Common procedures, product knowledge of both brands and general knowledge sharing. The joint SI and KC training is going to enable all Makeen Energy supervisors to install and maintain all Makeen Energy equipment in the near future.

The training was a success and everyone took away useful knowledge from the classroom. Aside from the exchange of product knowledge between the two brands, the supervisors were quick to establish a friendly atmosphere in which helping out colleagues is second nature. That is paramount in easing the process of integrating all supervisors in one Makeen Energy group and everyone pulled their weight.
