We have made it easy for you to find just the spare part you need. Simply click the link to reach the order form, print it out, fill in the required information and e-mail the form to your local service office and we will carry out your order as soon as possible. Your can find the address here.

How to order step-by-step:

For us to be able to quickly provide you with the right parts, we need some information from you. Just follow these simple steps:

1. Identify the part needed on the drawing in the spare parts section.

2. Turn to the corresponding parts list (please see example below).

3. You will find all the necessary information for making your order in the spare parts list.

4. If you are not able to retrieve the requested information, please photograph the machine plate, the part and its position and send it to us and we will help you from there.

Step number 4 requires locating the machine plate. The machine plate on your KC equipment may be found in one of two places as illustrated.
