Continuous development

We offer our employees continuous personal and professional development through education, mentoring, job rotation and in-house training. We aim to help our employees reach their full potential, enhancing both their employability, their job satisfaction and their value to Kosan Crisplant.

Once a year we conduct a performance and development review that offers the employee and his/her immediate manager an opportunity to focus on the development of the employee's competences, knowledge and attitudes - always in alignment with KC’s goals and strategy.
